Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, all credit cards payments made though avocetarts.com are handled by paypal, so it's completely secure. Avocetarts.com will have no access to your credit/debit card details - these are collected separately and securely by Paypal. If you have any questions regarding privacy you can send an e-mail to: artist@avocetarts.com.

How will my painting be posted?
Your painting will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. We will confirm by email all details and a delivery estimate. All original paintings are sent via an insured, recorded delivery method. With in the uk this will be either via recorded or special delivery depending upon the value of the artwork. For international delivery artwork will be sent via international recorded airmail delivery with adequate insurance. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 5-10 business days after you place you order for UK destinations. For the rest of the world you will be advised on a delivery estimate either after your order or by emailing us at artist@avocetarts.com

Yes, paintings can be shipped to most destinations worldwide.

What sort of materials are used in the creation of the art.
All paintings sold by avocetarts.com are created with the highest quality artists materials. All paintings are painted on thick heavyweight watercolour paper.
